By downloading, installing, or using Night Routine ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Night Routine is a personal habit-tracking application designed to help users establish and maintain evening routines. The app provides:

Customizable routine checklists
Progress tracking and streaks
Optional reminder notifications
Premium features available through in-app purchase

3. User Responsibilities

When using Night Routine, you agree to:

Use the app for its intended purpose of personal habit tracking
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Take responsibility for maintaining backups of any important data

4. In-App Purchases

Lifetime Premium: Night Routine offers a one-time "Lifetime Premium" purchase that unlocks additional features. This is a non-consumable purchase.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
You can restore purchases on any device signed into your Apple ID

For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through your purchase history.

5. Premium Features

Premium features include:

Unlimited routine steps (free version limited to 6)
Custom reminder messages
Quote theme selection

We reserve the right to modify premium features with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All routine data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Night Routine, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Night Routine and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Night Routine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
The app will meet your specific requirements
Any errors will be corrected

Night Routine is a productivity tool and is not intended to provide medical, health, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Routine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Termination
